  • Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty charge equivalent to the full accommodation costs.
  • Valid and chargeable credit card details are required for all the individual bookings in order to finalise the booking. Reservations without valid credit card details will not be accepted.
  • In the event of no-show, early departure or late cancellation the entire stay will be charged.
  • Any no show, late cancellation or early departure will be charged full room rate amount including VAT.
