Cancellation Policy Individual Reservations:
'Cancellations by Conference Attendees must be received in writing (by email / electronically) by latest 4 pm hotel local time, Wed, 8th January 2025. Cancellations made after this date and all no-shows shall be subject to ‘cancellation charges’ for the full stay, and which shall be charged directly to the Conference Attendee'
