For attendees/exhibitors at to the AEV Conference. Please, note the Booking & Payment policy: Payment will be taken upon booking and can be refunded in case of cancellation made on or before 10 days prior to arrival.

Upon making reservations credit card details will be provided by the individual guests to pay/guarantee at the contracted rates, the full stay amount at time of booking. The hotel to confirm the validity of the credit card. Novotel & Ibis London ExCeL will not accept any booking request where valid credit card detail will be missing / invalid.
