General ALL - Accor Live Limitless program terms and conditions of membership apply to the ALL Members' Rate and you must be a member of ALL to benefit from it.

The up to 10% Members' Rate is available at hotels participating in the ALL loyalty programme in Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Russian Federation, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Macedonia, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom , Serbia, Slovakia, Switzerland, Tunisia and Ukraine, and is applied to any eligible booking up until time of payment.

Members must provide their ALL membership card number when making a reservation, and present their ALL membership card upon arrival at the hotel (or their membership number).

A maximum of 7 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay on the all.com website or by contacting customer service or the hotel directly. A maximum of 3 rooms at the Members' rate can be reserved per member and per stay by booking via the ALL.com app.
