1. The ALL - Accor Live Limitless general terms and conditions apply to the Oferta de pontos ALL Offer and, in order to benefit from it, you must be an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member.

2. To take advantage of this offer, ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program members must register for the offer between July 10th, 2025 and July 30th, 2025 by 11:59 p.m. Paris time (UCT+2) - by clicking on the “Activate this offer” button below and then following the instructions. Only reservations made after registering via the Register button are eligible for this bonus offer.

This offer is available exclusively to members who have received an invitation to take advantage of the offer via electronic notification.

This offer is only available to members residing in Brazil.

3. This offer allows ALL - Accor Live Limitless members, regardless of their status, to multiply their Reward points earned by 2x for a stay at one of the hotels participating in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.

The points earned are calculated based on the value of the points credited to the member by the hotel, at the end of an eligible stay, with the application of the general conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program and based on Classic status.

At the end of the stay, the points are credited in two phases:

1/ points credit corresponding to the value of the points that the ALL - Accor Live Limitless member would have earned if they had not benefited from the offer;

2/ The additional Reward points earned by registering for the offer will be credited to the member's account in the second transaction, corresponding to the number of missing Reward points of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless member, in order to have been credited the total number of Reward points multiplied by 2x for ALL members.

For example, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member who has earned 250 Status points and 250 Reward points for an eligible stay will receive: 250 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies points X2

500 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies points X3

This bonus Reward points is added to the Reward and Status points earned by the member for an eligible stay, subject to the general terms and conditions of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program.

This offer can be used only one time per member during its validity period. The first stay booked and completed after registering for the offer is eligible for Reward points credit according to the offer conditions.

4. This offer is valid for any stay for members from July 11h, 2025 to September 11th, 2025 at one of the hotels in the Americas, and booked between July 10th, 2025 and July 30th, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. Paris time (UCT+2).

5. The stay must be a minimum of 1 night. 6. Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in on the same day) at the same hotel will be considered as a single stay. This single stay will be valid once for the Oferta de pontos ALL.

7. Within this offer, a stay is understood as one (1) reservation by an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A reservation made by a member for multiple rooms will only be counted as one (1) stay. The credit of Reward and Status points is calculated from the first check-out date.

This means that an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member will earn points and eligible nights for the first stay.

8. To be eligible for the offer, all stays must be booked through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor ALL apps, ALL reservation center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected to Accor. Therefore, you will not benefit from this offer if your accommodation is booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).

9. You must indicate your ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number when booking and present it at the hotel reception when checking in for your accommodation.

10. ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points will be credited to the member's account within 10 days after the end date of the stay.

11. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits and does not apply to groups.

If the stay meets the terms and conditions of several offers, only the Reward points from the most generous offer (i.e. the one that allows you to accumulate the highest number of Reward points) will be credited to your account.

12. Any stay and/or expenses and consumption in restaurants, paid in part or in full with Reward ALL - Accor Live Limitless points will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.

13. This offer is subject to availability. The terms and conditions of sale for reserved public rates of each hotel apply.

14. In the event of a change in the booking date, the offer and accumulation of points will only apply if the new date falls within the initially established stay period, i.e. within the period from July 11^th, 2025 to September 11^th, 2025. Likewise, the member must have registered for this offer before the change in the booking date is made.
