General conditions for American Express Cardmembers & ALL Accor Bonus Offer

This Offer is valid for American Express Cardholders in the Australia who subscribe to be new members of the ALL Accor loyalty program from  15 September and 15 March 2026 and have booked a stay in one of the Accor participating hotels from Pullman, Movenpick, Swissotel & The Sebel hotel brands between 15 September and 15 March 2026 at 00:00 PM CET (UTC+1).

Your reservation must be made through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, ALL mobile applications, ALL reservation center, directly at the hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected with the Accor reservation center. Hotel general sales terms and conditions apply.

Payment and any cancellations or modifications must be made in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of the hotel. Members must provide their ALL Accor loyalty card number when making the reservation, and present the card at the hotel reception desk at check-in.

For the first stay booked and made after subscribing to the ALL Accor loyalty programme, according to the terms and conditions of the Offer, 1000 additional ALL Reward points are awarded; ALL Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days of the member checking out. If the stay is cancelled, the 1000 ALL Reward points will not be credited. The stay must be a minimum of one (1) night.
