ALL - Accor Live Limitless x Qatar Airways Privilege Club: ‘Link your accounts and enter the raffle to win 50,000 bonus Avios’ Promotion

The following information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of the Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"). Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

SECTION 1: PROMOTION

1. Promoter:  ACCOR, a société anonyme incorporated under the laws of France, having its registered office at 82, rue Henri Farman, CS 20077 92445 Issy-Les-Moulineaux - France, registered with the Nanterre Registry of Commerce and Companies under number B 602 036 444
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence on 2 September 2024 and will close on 15 September 2024 ("Promotion Period").  Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Paris Standard Time.

 SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, participants must:

(a)   during the Promotion Period:

                       (i)         be a member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless programme (“ALL”) and have accepted the terms and conditions of ALL; or if not yet a member of ALL, sign up to become a member first (and accept the terms and conditions of ALL) by clicking on this link HERE

                     (ii)         be a member of Qatar Airways Privilege Club and have accepted the terms and condition of Privilege Club; or if not yet a member of Privilege Club, sign up to become a member first (and accept the terms and condition of Privilege Club) by clicking on this link HERE

                    (iii)         be at least 18 years old

                    (iv)         be residing and/or has provided their country of residence with ALL or Privilege Club programme as United Kingdom

                     (v)         link their ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Qatar Airways Privilege Club accounts between 12.01 AM (Paris Standard Time) on 02 September 2024 to 11.59 PM (Paris Standard Time) on 15 September 2024.

    2. The following categories of people are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:           

                (i) permanent and contract employees, or other contractors of Promoter, Accor S.A. and any direct or indirect affiliate or subsidiary of the Accor Group, and their immediate family members;

                (ii) permanent and contract employees, or other contractors of any agencies which are involved in the Promotion.

                (iii) permanent and contract employees, or other contractors of Qatar Airways and any direct or indirect affiliate or subsidiary of the Qatar  Airways Group, and their immediate family members;

                (iv) Members residing and/or members who have provided their country of residence with ALL or Privilege Club programme outside of the United Kingdom.

SECTION 3: DETAILS OF THE DRAW

(b)   The Draw will be executed on 4 October 2024 by a legal officer to select winners from the eligible participants. Winners of the draw will have their bonus Avios credited latest by 31 July 2024.

(c)   Each eligible participant will have one (1) opportunity to participate in the draw, notwithstanding the number of entries.

SECTION 4: DRAWING THE WINNER

A draw will be made at the end of the Promotion Period under the supervision of SCP Francis Papillon - Guy Papillon – James Lesueur, Judicial Officers, with whom the regulations have been deposited, to identify the winner from among the qualifying entrants.
The winners will be notified of the draw results via email (stated In their member profile) by Qatar Airways Privilege. Those who have not won will not be contacted. 

The winners authorises all necessary checks on their identity, country of residence or age. Any false information concerning identity, country of residence, or age will result in the automatic exclusion of the person from the draw. 

The winners also authorise the Promoter or its subsidiaries to use their name, first names and date of winning for the purposes of publicity, without this entitling the winner to any remuneration or compensation of any sort other than the prize.

SECTION 5: PRIZES

There will be three (3) winners selected from the Draw. Each winner will receive 50,000 bonus Avios as the prize.

SECTION 6: RULES

The prize draw is governed by these rules. They are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France. 
Entry in the Prize Draw implies unreserved acceptance of these rules, as well as of all provisions and ethical rules on the Internet. The full rules of the Prize Draw have been deposited with SCP Francis Papillon - Guy Papillon – James Lesueur, Judicial Officers, 11 boulevard de l’Europe, 91050 Evry Cedex which has been given responsibility for supervising the conduct of the draw. 

1.  General Conditions: The prizes are subject to the following conditions:

a) Prize winners will not be able to request alterations/changes/modifications to the prize type.

b) Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale, and cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash or any sort of gift. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of at least an equivalent value, insofar as is permitted by law.

c) The value of the prize that is awarded to a prize winner may be reported by the Promoter for tax purposes as required under the law. Each prize winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes relating to the prize.

d) If for any reason, a prize winner cannot or does not wish to accept any component of the prize, or cannot be contacted (eg. Because the contact information provided by the prize winner is incorrect), the prize will be forfeited and another eligible participant for the prize will be selected following the same procedures and format as described in section 3 above.

e)   The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to the Promotion including the award of prizes and any other situation not covered under these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding the Promoter’s decision on the same.

f) The receipt by any winner of any prize under this Promotion is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

g) The Promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Entry in the Promotion implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the General ALL - Accor Live Limitless terms and conditions.

h)   Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of the Promoters by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to:

 i.  the contest:

ii.  any tax liabilities in relation to the contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.        

i) All other costs relating to the use of the prizes shall be the responsibility of the prize winners.  The Promoter shall not be responsible for such costs.

 SECTION 7: DATA PRIVACY

1. Collection of Personal Information: for the purposes of the Promotion, the Promoter may collect personal information of the participants. This may include, but is not limited to, the names, email addresses, telephone numbers and other details provided by the participants when they register to participate in the Promotion. Such data is collected so that the Promoter will be able to conduct the Promotion i.e. for the purposes of verifying the identity of the prize winners and contacting the prize winners.
   
2. Use of Personal Information: By participating in the Promotion, unless the Promoter or Participating Hotel is otherwise advised by a participant in writing, each participant consents to collection, use and disclosure of the participant’s personal data which is collected by the Promoter in accordance with Section 7 above. The Promoter is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only retain and use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Accor Group's privacy policy.  For details about who we are, how we may retain and use your personal information and what your rights are under applicable privacy laws, we invite you to visit Accor Group’s privacy policy which is available online at http://all.accor.com/security-certificate/index.en.shtml.
3. Consent to use of Personal Information for Marketing Purposes: By participating in the Promotion, unless the Promoter and/or Participating Hotel is otherwise advised by a participant in writing, each participant consents to the retention and use of the information collected pursuant to Section 7 above for marketing and publicity purposes. Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the participation or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the tourism, hospitality and services industries from the Accor Group and/or companies in the tourism and hospitality industry in which the Promoter holds shares, and contacting participants to invite them to events organized by the Accor Group and/or its affiliates. 

SECTION 8: GENERAL

1. Amendments: The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, at any time vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, change or cancel the Promotion, from time to time without prior notice. Participants agree to be bound by any decisions made by the Promoter, including the Promoter’s interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, which may be subject to approval by regulatory authorities (if applicable). 
2. Entries, Communications: The Promoter will not in any circumstance be responsible for any entries or communications that are lost, delayed, altered, damaged or misdirected (including but not limited to any non-delivery or corruption of entries).  Furthermore, to the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstance be responsible for any technical problems with or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, or online system, server or provider, or any technical problems with or traffic congestion on the internet or any website.  The foregoing also includes, but is not limited to, any damage to any participant's or other person's device resulting from participation in, or downloading of any materials related to, the Promotion.  The use of any software or other mechanical or electronic means that allows a participant to repeatedly submit entries automatically is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by such participant invalid.
3. Release: To the fullest extent permissible by law, by participating in the Promotion, each participant (including but not limited to the prize winners) releases and discharges the Promoter, and their related companies, and their respective officers, employees and agents, from any loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury of any nature, or any claim, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge which is in any way sustained or incurred by such participant in connection with his/her participation in the Promotion or any activities related to the Promotion, or the acceptance and use, misuse or possession of any prize awarded under the Promotion.
4. Force Majeure: To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay that is due to an act of God, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, war/invasion, embargo, storm, hurricane, earthquake, flood, fire, labour or industrial dispute, strike, local, regional or global threat or outbreak of infectious disease, epidemic or pandemic, travel advisory or alert issued by any governmental authority or international agency, or any other event which is not reasonably within the control of the Promoters.
5. Language: In the event of any conflict between the English-language version of these terms and conditions and non-English-language versions, the English-language version shall prevail.

SECTION 9: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Any deception or attempted deception with regard to this Draw by an entrant will result in the disqualification of that person. 
Any dispute relating to this Draw must be submitted in writing, within a maximum of twenty (20) days as of the closing date for the Draw. 
The Promoter will be the final arbiter for any matters relating to the application of these rules or any matters not covered by them. 
Any litigation will be submitted before the competent courts of France.

 Terms & Conditions for 2X ALL Reward points on hotel stays

These general terms and conditions govern the campaign organized by ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Qatar Airways Privilege Club, allowing members to earn a bonus of 2X Reward points with ALL after a stay at any participating hotel in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, following the member's linking of their respective ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Qatar Airways Privilege Club accounts.

ALL and Privilege Club members should link their accounts and have their country of residence as the United Kingdom in their ALL account to be eligible for this offer. Reward points will be credited once the member has linked their ALL and Privilege Club accounts and completed an eligible stay, in accordance with the general terms of use of ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Qatar Airways Privilege Club.

1. To benefit from this offer, the member must:

         a. Have linked their ALL and Qatar Airways Privilege Club accounts         between 02 September 2024 (from 12.01 AM CET) and 15 September 2024         (until 11:59 PM CET).

        b. Book a stay between 02 September 2024 and 15 September 2024 and         complete an eligible stay between 02 September 2024 and 31 October         2024 (until 11:59 PM CET) at any participating hotel in the ALL program         worldwide.

2. The stay must be a minimum of one night.

3. This offer can only be used once per member during its validity period.

4. For the purposes of this offer, a stay is defined as one reservation per ALL member for one or more rooms. In other words, reservations that include more than one room will be counted as one stay.

5. To be eligible for this offer:

 Stays must be booked directly with Accor (via Accor's official websites, Accor All mobile applications, ALL call center, directly at the hotel). Stays booked through a traditional travel agency whose reservation system is automatically connected to the Accor reservation center or through a reseller, tour operator, or third-party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.

6. After the stay, points will be credited to the member's account as follows:

            a. Within 7 days of their eligible stay, the points and Status Nights             corresponding to their stay on their ALL – Accor Live Limitless account.

            b. Within 6 weeks of their eligible stay, the 2X Bonus points subject to             meeting the offer conditions.

7. This offer can be combined with other promotional offers or benefits currently available and does not apply to groups.

8. Stays at onefinestay are not eligible for this offer.

9. Any stay partially or fully paid with Reward points ALL - Accor Live Limitless will not be eligible for this offer.

10. This offer is subject to availability. General sales terms apply to public rates reserved for each hotel.

11. Accor, participating hotels, and/or partners of this offer decline all responsibility in the event of non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event making it impossible or disproportionately burdensome for Accor, participating hotels, and/or partners of this offer to execute it. Customers or members will not be entitled to any compensation, and the benefits of the offer (including Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented under these circumstances.
