I stayed at the hotel from December 1 to December 3, booked through Chase Travel, and this was my first time experiencing a Fairmont property—it truly made my stay! I arrived early in the morning on December 1 after a long and exhausting flight. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the gentleman at the front desk, but he was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. He helped me check in quickly with a genuine smile, patiently answered all of my questions, and made the entire process seamless. His kindness and professionalism instantly washed away my travel fatigue, and I am truly grateful to him. My room was absolutely fabulous—far beyond my expectations. It was elegant, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a lovely view that made my stay even more special. The bedding, interior décor, and bathroom amenities were all thoughtfully selected and of exceptional quality—I absolutely loved them. The breakfast buffet and dinner were outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options along with attentive and friendly service. Overall the stay left a deep impression on me and truly showcased the excellence of the Fairmont brand. I was so impressed that I even joined the Fairmont membership. I will definitely be back again! The hotel’s location is also perfect—simply unbeatable.

We stayed two nights. It was great location, friendly staff and overall comfortable stay. The only major draw back was the fully stocked refrigerator with no room for our medication or water bottles. Many hotels do this for added revenue but this is very frustrating for us especially when there is no room even for medications. Sadly, this hotel cannot be our choice for longer vaccinations.
