Booked junior king suite with bath - no bath in our "suite" (room) - shower water leaked over the floor and caused slip hazard, drain to tiny balcony was a hole drilled with no capping and very sharp edges, which I discovered unfortunately at night. Communication lacking - as a cardiac patient would have preferred to know restaurant was closed on Sunday. No information on using card to access lift, much confusion for a while.
