Furthermore we are glad to have been able to offer you a magnificent experience, and that you value our concept so highly. Also that you have been able to enjoy the different services of the hotel, including our gastronomic offer and the yoga class. Regarding the towel change policy, you will find a brochure in your room that specifies that if you do not want your shower towels replaced daily, you can leave them on the hanger, as at Mercure Benidorm we follow a rigorous program of respect for the environment.
