The staff do make ones stay enjoyable and everyone I encountered always had a smile and were eager to help . Breakfasts were fantastic , dishes cleared promptly . Dinner was also very good with plenty choice and well executed.

Overall we very pleased with the Hotel and the Half-Board. The restaurant had excellent fish ans sushi. We booked one Tour, however at the last minute the tour got canceled. Unfortunately there was a problem with the transport at our return trip home. The car did not have sufficient space for our luggage and the golf bags. We had paid in advance for the golf bags. The driver was unaware of the golf bags. Therefore, we had to get a taxi to the airport. Hopefully TUI will reimburse us for the costs.

We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to find that the vehicle did not have sufficient space for your luggage and golf bags, despite this service having been booked and paid for in advance.
