The staff was very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed The Kitchen and love just quiet the rooms are and their decor.

The room is oddly shaped and to get around the bed or to the desk resulted in consistently kicking my shin again the wooden bed frame. So many bruises!!! There’s no fridge in the classic queen room. So, had to store medicine requiring refrigeration at reception. The walls are paper thin that you will hear people in the rooms on either side talking at normal level. People on the opposite side of the wall the TV mount is on can hear it when volume is at level 9. You’ll hear music from the bar till early hours of the morning. Aircon has two fan speed settings… on loudly or off! There was no recognition of loyalty status. Usually (and not expected) would receive acknowledgement, an upgrade or an enhanced room… but 305 was torture to stay in. No welcome note for the duty, front office or hotel manager in room either. Confused by the $250 deposit at check in… the hotel doesn’t offer any services (e.g. in-room dinning, mini-bar, laundry, etc)… if they did it wasn’t noticeable. Overall the hotel doesn’t live up to the M Gallery brand that I’ve experienced previously.

The staff were friendly and the lobby spotless but I accidentally booked the wrong night. I was charged full price even though I was going to pay about half for the next night. That was a ripoff and ridiculous
