Whilst this hotel is not in the best location for the West End the team more than makes-up for this. In addition, the rates offer good value, particularly for Accor Live Members. The rooftop bar with small pool is a great location to enjoy a drink/snack when the sun is out.

From the power outlets for US, UK and French devices, the work space, steam shower, great staff and awesome gym. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The only issue was that when I arrived the rooms were not available, I had flown to the UK all night and was exhausted. Although I do understand that I arrived early, the hotel did not have any accommodation for me and many of the facilities were in fact closed. I was not offered a cup of coffee or anything other than you will have to wait 3 hours for a room to be ready. Again, I do understand, but being a hotel of this level I would expect you to have something to accommodate guests like me.
