I was so happy with this hotel sitting just on top of all the main attractions. It was fun and quirky but in a good way. The attention to details was exceptional. The interior design was innovative and fun and just makes you smile The offered free bikes for you to take out. A recycled cool bag as a day bag! The Italian food in the restaurant would make an Italian baulk but was no worse than a lot of Italian restaurants outside Italy The roof top bar was buzzing with young fun Austrians and hotel guests. The view whilst good lacked much to photograph due to the flat nature of Vienna but was a great spot to chat with other people after a day’s sightseeing. The room was lovely and the bath products good and had great aromas. I was on my own this trip and the hotel just made me smile!

Located in the museum quarter, making it a 10min walk to Maria-Theresien-Platz and a 15mins walk to the Hofburg and SiSi museum, close to the underground, 5min walk and tram lines. The staff where friendly enough however reception was always busy. The room was decent size making it possible to open 2x suitcase and move around. Hotel has an eccentric circus theme as pictured but in reality, it’s a bit over the top. Some people might like the quirky things around and a bit of a hostel feel, however it wasn’t really our thing. The bed is raised so you can slide your luggage underneath and out of the way if needed however the downside is the side tables and bedside lamps are very low. I kept knocking my head on the lamp getting in and out of bed. It was very stuffy in the hotel and room. We had to sleep with the window open even though it was winter as there wasn’t any fresh air in the room and then this made it very noisy. We were on level 1 and could hear all the noise from the restaurant downstairs which most probably didn’t help either. We had a room facing the other hotel rooms overlooking a central courtyard, so no view or privacy if the window was open. The bathroom was big with a large shower. There is shampoo, shower gel and moisturizer however the towels were very worn and ratty. The room only got cleaned twice during our 4-night stay and it was done later in the day after 4pm. There were no tea/coffee facilities however there is a bar fridge with a complimentary mini bar consisting of 2 waters, 2 beers, a cold coffee drink and packet of pretzels. This didn’t get restocked; it was a onetime use. Lucky the tap water is cold and safe enough to drink.

We really loved this hotel, its prime location to all the beautiful architecture/museums and around the corner from the underground and tram. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Free mini bar, when do u ever get that! Someone mentioned no kettle, I know us Brits love a cup of tea, just ask reception, they will send a kettle to your room and give you tea and coffee. We only went for the standard room but it was complete fine, ample space and clean and tidy. Located on the third floor, front of the hotel and despite being on the road, one of the quietest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. No noise from other rooms/guests and super sound proof windows. Thank you to all the staff, it was a great stay.

What a true disappointment! Very hyped online, very underwhelming in reality. Based on the check in experience, it was awful. I was first given a room reeking of smoke, then transferred to another room where the key didn't work, had to go back to the reception for the keys for the 3rd time. While I waited for the check in, another person cut in front of me & the receptionist thought it was ok. The room was a sweatbox in December. There's something seriously wrong with central heating. It's too hot you can't even fall asleep. Added to this, the loud techno music coming from the rooftop bar. I had a nightmarish night. The circus theme looks cute online, very creepy & uncomfortable when you sit in your bed, re-evaluating how & why you picked this hotel & this might even throw you into an existential crisis! I had a reservation for a longer stay in May for my birthday. I canceled the booking as I checked out. Oh & by the way, when you check out you find out that you will be having two charges on your card, one for pre-authorization payment + deposit and then you'll need to make another actual payment. Somehow they forget to tell this when you check in. I'll find out in a couple of days if the other pending charge will be paid back to my account. Only then I'll be able to move on from this lol
