This was our first stay here check inn was very poor but after that was a pleasant stay. Great room overlooking airport very quite as well ,club lounge drinks and food excellent staff very attentive breakfast was a plenty and varied . Excellent hotel if you need to be catching that early morning flight

When I arrived I tried to go straight into the car park but could not get in. There was no sign up when driving past reception indicating that I could not get in. All in all the car park process delayed my check in quite a bit. There was only one person on at reception, which caused delays when the person two in front needed some non-standard things sorted out. No-one else came to assist. Room service dinner was good. There were issues with my bill in that I was initially told car parking was included (I assumed due to my gold membership) and then the next day it was added back on again so I had to pay separately on check out. Very odd. I stayed as I was travelling internationally the next day but access etc was not great so I probably wouldn't stay again for international travel.

We were very pleased to have been let up to our room early, as we had had a very early start that morning. However we were somewhat disappointed when all of the other members of our group ie one couple and 2 singles, had all been provided with 2 free drink cards, and we hadn't been. To the best of our knowledge we had booked exactly the same rooms, same day/time etc, so felt a little hard done by
