Staff very unhelpful and rude never stay again

Checkin staff were most unhelpful in all aspects of the checkin. Multiple credit card issues was another staff member who intervened tapped on another machine no problem.. Directions for parking were misleading and one of the parking directions was to a carpark that was being reconstructed and staff were clueless about this. It was obvious that the carpark was being reconstructed. Had an issue with our room and told the manager was not on shift until 3 pm. Around 3pm I said to staff working that it was unusual that a manager was not on through the day. Immediately another member of staff could help us. It was a very frustrating experience with no communication between staff.

The Ibis is modern with rooms well fitted out and easy distance to everything required. The only drawback is the no parking onsite. However street parking is available and paid parking are all handy.
