Cannot rate our stay highly enough. From the moment we checked in the efficiency, friendliness, and warmth of the staff stood out. Our luggage was taken up to the room for us and was there before we got into the room. The room itself was beautiful, clean, everything was is good order, and the body wash and body moisturiser by Appelles was a real luxury to use. We loved the slippers, the dressing gowns, the complimentary chocolates and water. The highlight was breakfast! Top Quality. Beautifully prepared fresh food which was top notch. The waitresses were such a pleasure and so well dressed. We complimented the Breakfast Manager on it being possibly the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. You have restored my faith in hotels Playford! Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic hotel!!! All the ‘team’ are amazing. However, to the male person (manager) that was walking around with a group of people on Thursday 9th May, approximately 9.45, coming out of the lift on level 7 you need to learn some manners. We were waiting for the lift to arrive, when it came, you came out, ignored us waiting for you and your group to exit the lift, and let the lift doors close before we had chance to enter. One of the female members of the group apologised when she realised the lift had gone and we had to wait for another.
