However, there were too much flies all around. need some devices or equipment to be installed to prevent them, then it would be much better place to stay.

I’ve stayed at Pullman Bunker Bay several times in the past and have always had a lovely experience, which made this stay particularly disappointing. When I originally booked, I called ahead to confirm the room setup. I booked a two-bedroom villa for four people (my husband, myself, our 3-year-old, and our 1-year-old) and requested that one bedroom contain only a cot, with space in the master bedroom for our toddler to sleep with us. I was clearly told this would not be a problem. In the days leading up to our stay, I spoke with Jess, who I understand is the manager. She was rude and dismissive over the phone and insisted that this setup would only be allowed if I paid extra for a pull-out bed, despite there being only four guests in a villa booked for four. I explained that I would not be paying for an additional bed and simply asked that the second room not be made up so the pull-out could remain in the master. Jess told me this was “an unusual request” and said she would “make it work.” However, upon arrival, we were told we would be charged an additional fee (around $150 per night) for the toddler bed. Despite the bed already being set up, it was then removed, leaving us scrambling to co-sleep with both a toddler and a baby — something they had never done before. I was extremely disappointed by both the lack of consistency and the way I was spoken to. Being shamed for what is a very reasonable request for a young family, and then effectively penalised for it, was upsetting and unnecessary. Travelling with a 3-year-old and a baby is already challenging, and the complete lack of empathy shown — particularly by Jess — was shocking. I have never experienced this level of inflexibility or poor attitude at a family-friendly resort. Because of this experience, I will not be staying at Pullman again. The room itself also showed noticeable wear and tear and was not what I would expect from a four-star property, which further added to the disappointment. Additionally, while restaurant staff were friendly, service was extremely slow. We waited 30–45 minutes for meals despite there being only two other tables dining at the time. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations and was a significant departure from the standard I had previously experienced
