The service from all staff was exceptional. All enquiries were handled professionally and very courteously. If you have the chance, request an upper level overlooking the memorial and park. Travelling with elderly father and younger child, having Hyde Park, Australian Museum and Circular Quay nearby on a gentle slope for walking was incredibly convenient.

I was travelling with my 8 year old son and we had a lovely stay at Pullman Hyde Park. The front desk were very welcoming and gave my son lollies on arrival. Our room was very comfortable with a large corner bath, King bed, lounge, desk and television. We had beautiful views of the War Memorial and Sydney Tower.
