The front personnel were very professional, friendly, and help full. The location near the Eiffel tower was great. The rooms were nice but my tv didn't work and the offered solution was to move to another room. The breakfast buffet was the second best I've had, only behind an Easter buffet.

This was my third stay at the Pullman Eiffel Tower, and as always, it exceeded my expectations. We booked a Trocadero Suite for our two-night stay in Paris with our family of four (two adults and two kids). The room on the 7th floor was spacious and stunning, and the cleanliness at the Pullman is consistently top-notch. What a pleasant surprise to find Clarins products in the bathroom, along with all the essentials like a manicure set, toothbrushes, shaving kits, makeup remover pads, and more. Our kids had their own special toiletries—shampoo, shower gel, and soap—and were thrilled with a colouring book set that kept them entertained. And then there's the view from the balcony... It's one of the main reasons we return to the Pullman! Whether it's having coffee in the morning or a glass of champagne in the evening while gazing at the Eiffel Tower, it's simply amazing to be so close to this iconic tower! I've read some negative reviews about this hotel, but I haven't experienced any issues or even the slightest inconvenience during my stays. Every time, the Pullman manages to surprise me and meets my high standards. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic—an extensive selection ranging from freshly squeezed juice to vegan sausages. I should also mention that this visit was for my husband's birthday, and we were delighted to get a cake and a handwritten card delivered to our room wishing him a happy birthday! These small but meaningful touches made our stay unforgettable. To sum up, we will definitely return whenever we're in Paris. Great job to the team, and thank you for making our stay in Paris so special 😌

Stayed 3 nights for my mother's 80th birthday. Staff was amazing especially Chloe. She made it a point to ensure that my mom had a fantastic day. Not to mention our overall accommodations. The room was nice and clean plus we had a nice view. I would definitely stay here again.

The Pullman welcomed us with special treats for our anniversary! I was impressed they reached out prior to our stay for any requests/needs. Our balcony room was perfect.
