5am false fire alarm shows how poorly maintained and managed this asset is. The rate paid for the proximity to the airport is not value for money. Will not stay here again.

Needed a bed to stay before a very early flight. Expensive, but pay for convenience. No lift, up and down stairs several times- not easy to do, if older age, with luggage!!

Suited our needs very well as all we needed a place to stay that was close to the airport for an early morning flight. We stayed in a very basic, clean (but compact) room with shower and toilet, tea making facilities, hand basin, mini fridge and small table with chair. There’s not a lot of room between the end of the beds and the wall, but manageable. It’s relatively quiet despite being less than 500m walk from Terminal 1 (footpath all the way). Only a vending machine was available for snacks in the evening we arrived but McDonalds and a BP Wild Bean Cafe were nearby. Brandon on hotel reception was pleasant and helpful. An unexpected bonus was having the airport flight departure details on a screen in the reception area! We had a ground floor room but I believe there is no lift, only stairs so take this into consideration when booking
