Hotel and staff were lovely beautiful view of the city on 10th floor. Close to the city centre. Only downsides I would say is shower is way to hot practically burning and the spa pool was lukewarm and way to over crowded. Would recommend this hotel as it’s in such a lovely area and the staff couldn’t of been more helpful

I have rarely experienced such an attentive service during breakfast. Great selection of food and of course the mandatory fresh Polish beet root juice 😉 . Dinner was also very good. The location is fantastic with the Silesian museum, the concert hall, Spodek and other places close by. I recommend you book one of the rooms on the top floors, the view is wonderful. Parking is available in front of the building. For first timers in Silesia I personally highly recommend a visit to one of the coal mines (for example the Guido mine) and the Silesian museum. Travelling with kids you don't want to miss the Legendia amusement park and the Papugarnia. Thanks to the Novotel team, we will be back! Dziękujemy bardzo!

The room was pretty good, only the shower in the room, was not good, water temperature was not easy to control, and the shower head was too slow. Furthermore the presence of a bathtub instead of just a shower is uncomfortable. Finally the continental breakfast can be enriched with bacon instead of just sausages and frankfurters.
