Double booked this accommodation so ended up costing me way more than it was worth, my own fault. On one of the bookings I had requested an early check in, when we arrived at 9.30 I was told I couldn't check in until after 2pm, when pointed out I had paid for it, that was rectified. Room was on the ground floor, carpet in hallway appeared dirty and very off putting, room appeared clean, but there was a strange stale smell about it, which was very unpleasant. Bed was comfortable as was the pillow, shower was good and bathroom was clean. Road noise wasn't as bad as some people suggested. Parking was an issue when returned later at night, as people are unable to park within the lines. Didn't have breakfast. We had booked 2 nights, and a 3rd night later in the week, we didn't return for the 3rd night and opted to book elsewhere, even though we lost the money. Obviously would not stay again, as prefer somewhere that the floor feels cleaner.

Very good stay. All we needed for a short stay. Great staff in reception and welcoming, room clean and well maintained, excellent bathroom and shower water pressure and good breakfast in the morning.

Always a good stay. Staff are great and always go above and beyond. I've stayed a few times now and never have a problem, the only tiny criticism I have is that the Bacon on morning breakfast could be cooked a bit more, bit to pale for me, but I know everyone is different (just my personal opinion), otherwise all is good, lots of choice in a morning. I had tea in there a couple of times and that was really good.
