Location is good. Room very small. Smallest hotel room I've ever experienced.Decor in accommodation dated. Door release card unreliable. Sometimes it worked other times it took multiple attempts. Wasted too much time on trying to release the door. One chair in the room it was plastic. The breakfast food was on the whole pretty good. Views good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was quite good. As I said location excellent.

No air conditioner - but the bar was open 🤦🏼‍♀️

The air conditioner in our room was broken, wouldnt cool at all. Informed staff who appeared to barely care. Finally got a maintenance worker to our room who "fixed the thermostat" only to make the room hotter (temperature climbed by 6 degrees) with no cool option working still. Got someone else looking at it.. took 4 different people to come and switch the switch in the roof of the room and sort it out after several requests to the front desk. Seems they just flick there thermostats off to save the air con bill. The hotel bar was open and serving though, so that was a plus. Cheap drinks.

Harbour view room was very good. Air conditioning was very poor. Unable to control temperature and was noisy. We had an electrical fault in the room, which required us to change rooms. This damaged an electrical item of ours. Was difficult to get fresh towels. Carparking was very expensive, and we used Wilson parking instead. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were happy with the stay, but the above issues should be looked at. Thank you.

great location and friendly staff. But breakfast selection is limited and Novotel is more better with family friendly choices for dinning in with kids menu.
