We take pride in our hotel's amenities, including the InBalance Fitness Centre with its indoor heated pool, and any situation that detracts from a guest's experience is taken very seriously. Additionally, we understand that a warm and personable service from our staff, particularly at the Lane Bar, contributes significantly to the enjoyment of your stay. It is disappointing to learn that this was not the case on this occasion. We also appreciate your kind words about our breakfast selection that your children especially loved. We, however, regret to hear about the shortcomings you encountered regarding the room lighting and the accessibility issues with the hand soap dispenser for your child.
