We went for our wedding anniversary there and we liked our experience, the room was on the corner with the view to the park and room temperature, despite the weather, was great. The room was clean, the bed has comfy pillows and the bathrooms amenities were high quality by Rituals, we enjoyed the silence from being quite away from the intense traffic in Paris. We booked a room with breakfast and the food was amazing. The breakfast had a large variety of choices and for us was really tasty. Hotel has a lively atmosphere and enjoyable activities for guests of all ages, including children. The fact that when you exit the hotel you have a direct metro entrance was another thing that made us feel grateful. Welcoming staff was very friendly, we thank monsieur Mourad for it. We enjoyed our time spent there and we hope to come every year.

Reception gave us the worst room, nothing like pics on the website and app, and I’m a gold membership. It wouldn’t happen in other Accor hotels. I feel the reception is racist, when I ask for another room they laughed at my face. It’s definitely rude and disrespectful. The new room I get looks more like the pics on the website. It means that they have a good room and they decided to gave the worst shabby room to a gold membership. Accor membership means nothing. You treated loyal customers like shit. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and their service. I’m disappointed.

We feel that the rating is quite unfair as we spontaneously upgraded you to an executive room which we tend to do to Gold and + status when possible. The first executive room was not to your liking and we offer you a change for another one that has a different style. However thank you for sharing your impressions. A well located hotel right next to Accor Arena and Bercy metro station. Well appointed rooms with restaurant and bar. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are ever smiling and helpful. It's walking distance from Gare de lyon station and the exit is from the Hall 3. This hotel lived up to its expectations.
