It was a smooth check in process once we arrived at the hotel. We took a taxi from the airport, it was expensive so definitely use Uber if possible. The hotel location is central and within walking distance to most tourist attractions. We found the Viaduct Harbour to be the best place for restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, our only complaint being that we could hear the room next door coughing and talking. In fact, one night we were woken up by their 3am phone conversation. Rooms should have better sound proofing for such a busy hotel. Breakfast was busy but adequate, the usual buffet food. Our stay was fine, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel, right in the center Friendly staff, but when we asked the reception where we could park the car, all we got was "we don't have a parking, we can offer valet parking, otherwise you'll need to find your own spot on the street". We asked whether there are areas that are cheaper than others, but the receptionist didn't know. Also disappointed by the room: we landed late and arrived at the hotel around 2:30am. The room we were given had been only partly serviced: garbage bins still full, used glasses of water on the table, used towels in the bathroom. We therefore asked to change room and were kindly offered an upgrade to a suite. Beautiful room, very spacious, but a bit outdated. One of the shower heads wasn't working, and we only got hot water in the morning, none at 3am... At checkout, the receptionist asked me to pay for two nights although I had booked and stayed only one. It took 15 min until the manager arrived to clear that up. All in all, this was a decent experience, but not to level I'd expect from a Pullman.

No power, no running hot or cold water, no bottled water to even brush teeth, no one answering the phones at reception, no note under door to advise power was out or when it was anticipated to come back one etc etc etc. No apologies on check out or ways of compensation but still charged me for two Coke cans…..
