Miserable night at your hotel

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, the room was ice-cold throughout the night (heating did not work, despite several attempts) and I had to sleep with my coat on. Moreover, my room was not ready when arriving at 23.00 in the evening, as it still had to be cleaned and I was kept waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes which is quite straining after a long travel. I will proceed to other hotels for future stays (I come to Geneva regularly for work for the United Nations).

Everything about the stay was lovely except for the fact that the price advertised on the wall behind the check in counter on the day I arrived was almost half of the price I paid for my first night. In good faith I think you customers should be offered the lower rate, especially when it is publicly posted!
