Lovely hotel. Great breakfast. Staff very informative and helpful. On arrival we were booked into our room and proceeded to go to the room as it was vacant. On opening the door there was a couple there already checked in. Had to go back to reception to then be allocated another room. Lovely room with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The following day there was only 1 lift working out of 3. Luckily for us we were only on the second floor. Having been out all day and walking 25000 steps all we wanted to do was get back to the room to rest. On going to our room only to find our keyless card wouldn’t work. Back to reception to have it redone. Lack of caffe and bars in that area without going to the Metro or get a taxi. Overall I would stay here again as lovely hotel with a fabulous view.

Very courteous hotel staff. Efficient check in and check out. The biggest perk was our room with the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night.

Not impressed for the cost

In general the staff were friendly on arrival. The rooms themselves were satisfactory. Except the heating and cooling was too hot without any ability to reduce, the cleaners did a basic job, and missed cups and refilling our coffee and minibars. The front desk were informed of this no action. During the visit, I myself and my. family bitten by something, I can not clarify what it was or where exactly, but all signs point to this hotel. On departure, the front desk reception tried to charge me twice and continued to argue with me about it. Treating me quite stupid, this was while I was in a hurry to go to the airport. They did remove the double cost, which they said was the deposit or holding fund. In every other hotel I have ever stayed at this has been a much lower amount. Extra stress for no reason. Not impressed, and basically paid extra for the location. Not what I expect with my Accor hotels, and has made me re question my loyalty.

It is like an overpaid under qualified worker you have in your business. One of the most rudest staff exception a couple I will name them. But mostly behave they just never heard you. After an 18 hour struggle with flight and luggage when i arrived at way beyond check in time at 6:00PM i am told to wait and then given a room which is not clean and has a very bad plumbing . Plus the lady says ( i believe she was the manager ) we will fix it once you come back. It never got fixed and the night shift boy changed the room with an apology his name Nayeem.
