Services very limited due to renovation

Was there for a weekend away with friends. Great location. Comfortable bed. Small bathroom, dreadful shower & windows weren’t able to be opened making it stuffy in the room.

Well Located - pre pay parking or you will be stung!

On the website it is stated that it's valet parking, what they dont tell you it's wilson's parking and is you prepay you will save half. It's a bit shart to be honest. Under renovation right now, they are managing everything pretty good.

Problem on arrival but it all got sorted out quickly by the beautiful staff at club sofitel. Alley went above and beyond excellent service I can’t thank her enough for making our stay so welcoming and comfortable she went out of her way to please us and it was all her special touches and thoughtfulness that turned our stay into an unforgettable experience.
