Amazing hotel, great staff , lovely location. We visited rooftop and view is very nice there. Mrs Indira who checked us in and out was very kind. Mr Bulut is working hard there special thanks to everyone and Emre! We will come back we hope to come back and we hope to get concierge service from Nuri!

Indira has been very attentive to all of our needs and questions. We wish that every receptionist in every hotel were as accommodating as Indira. The hotel is also very beautiful, clean and luxurious. I will Definitely be staying at the Rixos when I return to Istanbul.

everything was amazing, very good location. everywhere is located in walking distance. we love that room it was quite and comfortable enough. some has stolen my wife’s phone at istiklal street so you should be careful if you’re going to istiklal street. Emre was great there with Nuri!!

Was a lovely stay and the Rixos staff, especially Emre, were very accommodating, lending us an electrical socket adapter and umbrella when we needed. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and polite and the hotel itself has very good standards. We enjoyed the breakfast especially, with plenty of delicious options.

Great place to eat and perfect accommodation by Serkan! We had a nice salad , starters and off course the Raki to accompany the meal. Perfect hotel place to visit Istanbul with his great legacy and history. Looking forward to the coming days !
