If your preferred hotel is sold out, we will make a room available just for you! You can enjoy guaranteed room availability for bookings made up to three days in advance for Gold members, and up to two days in advance for Platinum members and above.
Guaranteed room availability is only applicable to stays of at least seven nights in Adagio Original, Adagio Access and Adagio Premium hotels, resort hotels and Thalassa sea & spa properties.

Receive an upgrade to the next room category, if available at time of check-in. Excludes villas, one-of-a-kind suites, speciality suites and presidential suites.
If unavailable, the hotel will seek to allocate you an enhanced room in your current room category i.e. a higher floor, more desirable view, corner room or better amenities.
At Fairmont, an upgrade is not applicable to Fairmont Gold Floor.
Upgrades are available up to the Junior Suite category at Raffles hotels.
This upgrade does not apply to ibis, ibis Styles, Adagio Original, Adagio Access and Adagio Premium brands or any other hotels that do not have different room types.

Receive a guaranteed upgrade to a suite for one night with the Suite Night Upgrade benefit. Earn two Suite Night Upgrades as soon as you reach 60 nights or 14,000 Status points. When you reach 18,000 Status points another Suite Night Upgrade will be credited to your account. Then you'll get an additional Suite Night Upgrade with every 4,000 Status points earned (that is, at 22,000, 26,000, 30,000 Status points and so on). The more you stay, the more you earn.
