On day of arrival they tied to cancel our secure motorbike parking

I had an email on day of arrival : "Following your reservation, unfortunately we regret to inform you that we have a technical issue with our car park, this way we can’t welcome you in it, please find below another solution." Fortunately being on the motorbikes all day I had not received this and arrived not knowing. They did squeeze the 3 motor bikes in to spaces along walls of car park. We booked 3 rooms on the basis of secure parking for motorbikes that are worth Euro20,000 each. They are easily stolen unlike cars. I was unhappy that we were chosen for cancellation that we booked many months ago due to over booking by the hotel rather than a car owner.

Great support and advice, particularly from Ugo on the front desk. How to get to the hotel by car for a first time visitor to Amiens was not straightforward and a little guidance for getting the final 500m would have been appreciated.

Check in was efficient, breakfast was lovely, staff friendly and the public areas of the hotel were great. Rooms were really spacious and quirky....the swing seat in our room was a cool addition for the kids.

The people are friendly. the breakfast wasn`t as good as our first stay. No toast bread, no normal bread, no ham, just one cheese (camenbert). no plates under our coffeecup. Our bathroom was very stinky, but clean , les égouts puaient.
