Lars A Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Äldre ibis Styles hotell. Trots att jag aviserat tidig ankomst och har guldmedlemskap så var mitt rum inte redo kl 1330 när normal incheckning sker kl 14. Receptionisten visade att många närliggande likvärdiga rum var städade men inte mitt… Restaurangen har inte öppet lördag och söndag bara frukostmatsalen. Frukosten var tråkig och förstärktes av sur personal som tydligt visade att man ska använda bricka och inte bara tallrik och kopp. Det var dåligt undanplockat när jag kom men det fixade personalen ganska snart. Rummet var ok, gemensam balkong med närliggande rummen på 5:e våningen/överst. Hotellet ligger nära Operan och ca 10 minuters promenad till kulturhuset Paul B. Parkeringshus mycket nära. Omgivningen är dock inget vidare, många skumma personer i grupper och det känns därmed inte vidare säkert. Kommer inte återvända hit.

Very bad stay, problem with warmers, only working into the bathroom, shower support damaged and there was water projected everywhere, cleaning to be improved. Unfortunately I noticed it very late into the night and in the morning before leaving (stay for ine short night), so no opportunity to do a claim about it, I only wanted to leave. On people side, person at reception was not kind and professional. Will never come again.

Hôtel bruyant et ne possédant pas de parking privé . Chambres non entretenues côté matériel avec robinetterie cassée , moquette hors d âge , insonorisation côté rue à revoir et du froid qui passe par la fenêtre . Le petit dej sauvé cette expérience que je ne referais pas

15 minutes walk from the metro. Good varied breakfast. Unfortunately no restaurant on Friday evening and no kettle in the room.

Dear Marie, We thank you for your feedback. Our restaurant is open from Monday lunchtime to Friday lunchtime and from Monday evening to Thursday evening. Our rooms do not have a courtesy tray with kettle. At reception, we offer our customers a drinks fountain dispensing hot, fresh and temperate water. Best regards, The reception

Can’t fill hot water bottle

It is incredibly shocking to not be able to have a hot water bottle filled. It was quite cold in France and having asthma, the hot water bottle would have helped me throughout the night, which it didn’t because the receptionist was unwilling to fill it for me. In addition, the tea is quite expensive. You get a small amount and need to pay a little less than 3£, which is the price of a whole tea pack !
