I hate having to ask the reception for minor maintenance in the room, which considerably degrades the comfort of the stay in the hotel. Here are some key improvements: - My shower was leaking, it was not a big problem but a flaw, and during shower it was pouring water everywhere. Normally before delivering a room to the hotel, let your team do a proactive check. - You put a coffee machine in the room, which is good, but only decaffein capsules. Why? - I had some cartons which needed throwing, the room service never throwed them, they were too big to throw in the room's bin and no garbage room on the floor to throw them myself. - In-room dining ordering process was not clear. - Breakfast choice can be improved. However, what was there was of good quality. - Dining choice is very limited.

I left home without my mobile charger and they helped me out with one of theirs, saving me from having to buy one, the hotel is kept clean l even tested this by accidently spilling a hot drink in the lift and it was cleaned up in minutes, there lifts are operated by your room key making it very secure, the staff are very friendly, l would certainly book a room there again.

Room is clean. On site parking area, costs 9 euros per day. 1 km away from public transport. It takes 40 minute to reach City Center. Generally satisfied.
