my wife was feeling unwell and was unable to visit a place to eat but the lady at reception( 3pm 8/05/24 ) allowed us to have a pizza in our room for which we are most thankful

Facilities in general, are good however very negative aspects: 1. Cleaning of the rooms 2. Dirty stained bedding, etc. 3. I didn't dare to use the shower because of the bad smell it had. 4. Post stained and dirty. 5. Air conditioning did not cool.
