Nice, clean, renovated rooms and helpful staff. Lifts were not working properly the days we were staying but engineers were called... Definitely would stay there again and recommend to others.

The staff were mostly helpful but some staff would ignore you if you are an English speaker. The staff at the breakfast were fantastic and extremely helpful. The room suited my needs. However there are maintenance issues with the lifts. During my stay, two lifts we're not operating and I frequently had to use the fire stairs.

Awful location, a worker started drilling and doing some kind of construction work in the hallway at 8:30 in the morning right outside my room. Bathroom was missing basic things including nowhere to hang a towel and no shower curtain. Poor cleanliness of the room and the key card kept having to be reconnected and locking us out of our rooms.
