Staff, cleanliness, room all very good. The only problem we had was dinner on the first night where we found the duck & steak a bit chewy otherwise I would have rated hotel a 9 - the restaurant let it down a bit.

Note - emailed these comments to ALL Customer Service and Hotel several days ago; no response: -Your front desk staff was very kind and helpful -the hot breakfast was not good. The few days i was able to eat, the "hot" food was cold or wasn't there (i.e. empty). -when i attempted dinner, i didn't feel welcomed by the wait staff, nor was it clear what could be ordered for room service. Therefore i ate at burger king for my stay The bed and pillows were probably the most uncomfortable i have ever experienced; I couldn't change to another hotel due to lack of availability, but my back is hurting quite bad. The towels had an odor. I even got fresh towels last night of my stay and noticed that they still had an odor when i used them this morning I dont know why this is the recommended hotel for our COmpany but i am going to ask that they revisit their decision.

All the menu of our restaurant is available by room service. Our menu is available in the room with a QR code and also at the reception desk. We will also be putting in place an action plan to address the points you have raised like the confort of the bed, and the fragrance of our towels, please be assured that we will take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue and ensure that this does not happen again.
