The hotel is well located, across from the train station and an easy walk to attractions in the Old Town. Our room was large and comfortable. Buffet breakfasts had a lot of hot and cold choices and good coffee. For other meals, the restaurant has a variety of menu options and wines, and the food is good. But perhaps the best part of this hotel is the staff: young, multi-lingual, energetic, always helpful, always greet you with a smile. We would stay there again if we get to Dijon.

Lack of all accor status recognition is annoying.

Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. La satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité, mais apparemment nous n'avons pas réussi cette fois-ci.
