Last year all was good , outside was maintained well . This year there are marks all over the windows, wooden pallets laying against a tree not a good look for clients . On arrival to our room there was a meal container with food in it which I took back to reception. I am due to stay with you again in July and bring my family, at this moment I am feeling very disappointed to bring them . Let’s hope it improves before then. On a positive the staff were lovely and helpful.

Good stay, let down by restaurant closed Saturday evening but no mention on website when booking. Limited eating facilities nearby.

Yet again, we enjoyed out stay at Ibis Luce for an overnight stop between south west France and Calais with a a warm welcome on arrival, a comfortable room, enjoyable dinner and a good breakfast.

We have stayed here regularly for many years on the way to and back from our holiday home in the Limousin. Overall always reliably good experience with friendly staff. This time we were disappointed to find the restaurant closed for dinner, especially as we had not been alerted beforehand. Normally I get an email a few days before which gives us time to make alternative arrangements. Hence only a 'satisfied' rating.
