Good Central location to Surfers Paradise

Peppers Soul is situated at end of Cavill St adjoining The Esplanade overlooking the sea.The accomodation is self contained apartments with balconies that has everything you need including a laundry and drier.The Apartments are spacious basically 2 or 3 bedroom.Peppers Soul is 77 stories ' high overlooking Surfers Paradise. All staff are very helpful,parking is available.Reception is on 2nd floor.Breakfast in Restaurant is excellent with a view out over the ocean.Rooms are serviced daily to high standard. Would highly recommend Peppers Soul but if you can book say Sun to Fri and away from peak times you may get a more affordable stay as it is a bit on the expensive side Peppers Soul is located where all the action in Surfers is.Good transport especially the tram close by.Many restaurants and eating places of all price levels nearbyHopping centre close by and Life Saver patrolled beach across the Esplanade.Hotel has a great outdoor pool and spa as well as a gym

I made the human error of booking for the wrong evening. I booked early in the morning and the next morning three days before my actual date l was meant to be going. I spent 500 on a room for the night and was informed that l was a no show. I can’t even believe nor imagine that a resort that is meant to offer a beautiful experience of the Gold Coast with alleged highly trained staff can’t even be bothered to make a short phone call at check ins of customers. I rang to see if l could rebook and offered to pay a service fee for the issue and was immediately declined by a very rude entitled customer service agent. For such a grand hotel you would assume that customer service is paramount however l was bitterly disappointed. I would not recommend staying her nor recommend to any of my friends, family, enemies or customers of mine. At the first mention of anyone going to the Gold Coast for any reason what so ever and l am in ear shot l will very swiftly inform them not to stay at this hotel.

I just experienced worst checkin at a hotel reception I don’t usually like to name people in the reviews but in this case I have to booked a $550 room for a night stay arrived at the hotel at 2:30 where as my check in time was 2 pm claire at the reception desk told me our room was not ready and was unapologetic and asked me to go sit somewhere and come back in 30 and check if the room was ready been to many hotels never had some one yell at me I mentioned to her I called for a early check in she got more upset and in a very loud and embarrassing tone asked who did you talk you go sit somewhere not this is embarrassing experience ps it’s 15:00 I am yet to get my room writing this while sitting somewhere

Excellent service. Very clean and high end rooms. Loved the parking also. Perfect location. The indoor pool being heated made perfect for night swimming. The staff all very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay with our two very young childern at Peppers.

The one and only reason I rate the services is average is due to the concierges! Reception, restaurant, house keeping & br staff were great. Views AMAZING! There needs to be a good rating - between average and very good. That is what I would have given Value.
