Very well equipped and well maintained. Great and friendly and discreet staff. Not brand new but the place is so great that you will not feel that way. Very relaxed stay. As soon as you check in you will be in relaxed mode and you can change into your swimwear straight away and visit all the facilities in close proximity- pool bar, sauna, steam room, pool / motu, gym, hot tub etc.

Stayed for 1 night, travel for work. Stayed in ocean facing room on level 29. View was amazing, had bath plus separate shower a rarity to see. Was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant or pool as it was a quick work visit.

So affordable to start with! What a amazing time me and my cousin had staying at suncity super comfortable the atmosphere is stunning amazing pools indoor and out door the reception are very pleasant the place is family comfort welcoming and the buffet is awesome and so worth it for 25$ pp fr a buffet breakfast! Honestly go and see for Ur self it is amazing the indoor outdoor flow is beautiful the rooms very comfortable I am so inlove with this resort I'm going to come back with my whole family...close to the beach and the shops amazing shops and markets close by not far from the SURFERS PARADISE SIGN please stay and see for Ur self don't listen to the bad reviews because I came anyway and it blew me away awesome resort 10/10!

The place is a great location, one street away from the beach, a short walk from the Main Street and right at the tram station. However, the room had an awful smell in the laundry room. The coffee at the buffet was awful. The curtains in our apartment needed updating as well as the old fashioned kitchen.

Certainly it seems it fell far short of our usually high standards. Had these issues been raised during your stay we would have loved the opportunity to attend to them while you were in house. waking up with a view was breath taking and the Aztec featured hotel just made it more exciting. we have never stayed in such a clean, friendly, accommodating hotel quite like this one. our hotel room was a 1 bedroom but it was huge, we had so much space. I recommend staying here and its just a quick walk to the beach, perfect for the sunset nights.
