I stayed 3 nights at this Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay on 27-30 April 2024 which was one of my most enjoyable hotels that the hotel services were excellent on all aspect provided to the guests. Extra large room with sea view, 2 bathrooms, nice wi-fi facility, very cool air-conditioning as well as friendly/helpful staff. The various types of swimming pools were suitable for adults & children, it also had a children' playing & creative zone daily. The beach was quite close distance with hotel just 3 minutes walking, sunbeds were provided to hotel guests. Breakfast was great for everyone whether you are asian or western guests. I highly recommend it for all tourists & families.

A good vibe of beach, food and hospitality. We booked a three bed rooms with pool and be upgraded into a penthouse. The service is excellent and nice staff. However, we wish to have more kitchen equipments in the room. The cook is well-cared too.

Emerald Spa is just magnificent

We did not stay at this resort but used the spa facilities twice and absolutely loved it. It is probably one of the best spa's we have been to. The service is first class, the spa is immaculate and treatments are great. If you are in Phu Quoc, whether you are staying here or not, make sure you book into their 60/90 minute couples massage. It's very affordable and a glorious experience. And unlike many other spa's you have access to the shower facilities before and after your treatment. The booking process was easy and the staff were very responsive via Whatsapp.

Great hotel for beach vacation!

We stayed here for 5 days, had a great time! We had a joined room, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a shared living room in the middle. Three rooms all have patio with partial ocean view. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and spacious, we are very happy with it! Buffet breakfast is fantastic, everything you can think of, western and Asian food, are all tasty! There is the other hotel restaurant by the beach, which serves lunch and dinner, food is great too! The property is huge, with swimming pools and private beach. The finest soft white sand beach we’ve seen. My husband is handicapped, couldn’t walk all the way to the beach. Hotel has buggies / golf carts, they would drive us to the beach and the restaurant which is helpful. The buggy doesn’t go outside of the property. Remind you, it’s a newly developed island. Besides hotel employees, most of the people hardly speak English. But people are very friendly and enthusiastic here, with Google translator and a smile, we got around without any problems. Right across the street from hotel, there are two small markets, few restaurants, massage salons… it’s convenient. On beach front, there are few nice restaurants within walking distance.
