The Pullman Phu Quock Beach Resort is amazing. I have nothing to complain about. The staff was always friendly and helpful, doing their best to meet our needs. Services were available all day. Late on the first evening, we asked for an extra blanket and it was in our room within minutes. Once, the children accidentally pressed the "do not disturb" button and we only realized it when we went to dinner, so our room wasn't cleaned during the day. Around 6 p.m., we pressed the button to have the room cleaned, and even though we thought they would clean it the next morning, when we returned from dinner, the room was clean. The breakfast food was also perfect. An incredible selection, sweet, salty, cold, hot, just everything. The room was large enough, clean, cleaned every day, and towels were changed. They asked us if we wanted to change the sheets. In their double bed can two adults and one child comfortably sleep. The hotel was cleaned throughout the day, the pool, the entire surroundings, it made a very good impression. The hotel offers many free activities, such as bicycles, canoes, paddleboards, darts, bows, balls, sand toys, and a bunch of other things. However, the bikes are quite worn out, and none of the four bikes we had had brakes that worked properly. But we could still ride them, and at least it was fun. The only small downside is the lack of sun loungers on the beach. There was really nowhere to lie down if we came to the beach later in the day. And they could clean the beach at least once or twice a week. It wasn't exactly dirty, but people threw various things there, such as bottle caps and other things, and it would be good to clean it up to prevent injuries. Otherwise, the beach was ok. The sea is not crystal clear, there are tiny floating algae, so it looks murky. We asked about it, and we were told that this is typical for this area of the island.

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms (we had family suite) & grounds. Everything thohhh of. New Year Eve Dinner at Mad Cow was superb. The staff, Khang Chi Chin Thu Anh Ngoc Han , were amazing

Amazing stay ! Rooms are gorgeous, the beach is lovely, the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back for a longer stay.

LAM HANH GIau han Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we felt completely comfortable even with a baby. They paid special attention to our son, chatting with him and even helping him choose his ice cream, which made him very happy. The food at Mad Cow was excellent and truly delicious. We really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend this place.
