Everytime we check in to Pullman Phu Quoc , we know we will be well taken care of. Staff were amazing , food was all spot on ! Everything was beyond expectation . We would also like to have a special mention to Xuan from the salt and pepper restaurant who remembered us from last trip ! Thank you Pullman and the team for taking care of us.

My family and I just completed a 4-night stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort, and I can confidently say this has been one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had with the Accor group — especially as an Accor Plus Platinum member. 1. Beachfront Cabana – Ultimate Privacy & Relaxation We were upgraded from a Deluxe Garden Room to a Beachfront Cabana, and it made all the difference: • A private pool right outside the room, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming frangipani trees — it felt like our own tropical villa. • Modern design with floor-to-ceiling glass windows on two sides, letting in abundant natural light throughout the day. • A large daybed by the window — perfect for lounging, reading, or working peacefully. • An private jacuzzi added the perfect luxury touch for relaxation. ⸻ 2. Platinum Member Benefits – Truly Valued and Appreciated • Warm welcome with two fresh coconuts and a sweet treat set — simple, tropical, and thoughtful. • Received 4 complimentary drink vouchers (2 drinks per day), redeemable for cocktails, juices, or coffee at the bars. • Exclusive Platinum perk: a canapé set and a bottle of sparkling wine, offered once per stay — a premium touch that stood out. • Flexible early check-in and late check-out, depending on room availability. • Although the Executive Lounge is temporarily closed, staff informed us it will reopen on May 19th, which is something to look forward to on our next trip. ⸻ 3. Spa & Facilities – Absolutely Worth Experiencing • The spa was outstanding — peaceful ambiance, professional therapists, and deeply relaxing treatments. I left feeling physically and mentally refreshed. • Well-equipped gym (Life Fitness) — clean, spacious, and perfect for staying active during the holiday. • The entire resort is beautifully landscaped with tropical trees, flowers, and elegant pathways. ⸻ 4. Breakfast – A Five-Star Culinary Start to the Day Breakfast at Pullman Phu Quoc exceeded expectations in both variety and quality: • A gorgeous pastry and fruit counter, with fresh tropical fruits, warm croissants, danishes, muffins, and condiments all beautifully presented. • Premium cold cuts and cheeses, including whole jamón, salami, chorizo, pâté, and assorted gourmet cheeses. • Extensive hot dish section: from Western classics like sausages, grilled vegetables, and hash browns, to local dishes like pho, rice noodles, dim sum, and porridge. • You can also order à la carte dishes, such as grilled chicken breast or seared beef — served hot in cast iron pans with great presentation. • Bright, airy dining space with indoor and outdoor seating options — perfect for a relaxing start to the day. ⸻ 5. This is definitely one of the best hotel in the Phu Quoc, the counters speak English quite fluently and the service is nice, everyone wears a smile on their face and are all willing to serve! Specially is Phuong in the front desk, he very nice and carefully guide me in great detail. I highly recommended everyone to come and enjoy your vacation here.

Everything is great, only the internet is really bad.

Ms.Huqen and Ms.Phuiong They are great, they have great fun and care for children. Children's entertainment is also very nice and relevant. The hotel staff is very friendly and warm-hearted. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious, the view is very nice.
