Buggy service should be longer hours and with better service .

The buggy transport world be better to extend to midnight , where inpromptu arrangements could be made at the main road security post or at the hotel entrance . We had to walk in from the main road at dinner time 7pm and saw some groups actually walk out to the main road. Not a plus point :0(

Ngoc and the rest of the team had very good service and were always very attentive to their guests. They made be a delicious ice chocolate and were very friendly, taking much care of there customers

Dinner at Altitude 8. Had a good dinner meal with my family and was requested by the service team to take the survey. The team wasn’t fluent in English. Staff services and training is recommended and definitely has room for improvements. Services was just ok but the food was good. The team responsible was Dennis, Annie, Alice, and Mint
