Perfect stay. The resort is stunning. Very big, private beach, never crowded. The staff was very friendly, always helpfully and always get responses quickly. I took private boxing class every day. The trainer Thiên is great. Definitely coming back.

This property and their staff is excellent. i would like to mention about our coincerge Lucy who went beyond to give us the upgrade what we wanted. She explained all the details perfectly, what to do around here in Phu quoc. She explained how to travel in the phu quoc area. I definitely recommend this property for stay in Phu quoc. As a platinum member, i was greeted personally by GM Nicolas. Whatever personal touch we have been given here is so mesmerising. Thank you everyone here for making our stay memorable. Xin chao.

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it brought back so many precious memories. Years ago, we spent our honeymoon at Arco Hotel as a couple — and now, we’ve returned with our two kids The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Their kindness stirred up old memories, and I felt a wave of emotion. Everything here is perfect — cleanliness, service, facilities, and activities. It almost perfect. The buggy rides between the blocks let us enjoy the unique landscaping of each area, which was absolutely beautiful. Our kids said the room looked like a princess castle and even asked “can we bring this house back to Seoul with us” — it made us laugh so much! We’re also looking forward to tomorrow morning( Breakfast, kids club, swimming pool and so on) We’ll definitely return again as an even more grown and grateful family. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

We have been here for 6 night in a Garden Villa, what a fabulous, beautiful place. Very tranquil and relaxing. The food has been great, and also Vy in Corallo restaurant has been an excellent host, always so attentive and always looking to improve on anything she does. I can’t recommend highly recommend this lovely destination!
