Everything is nice but the food could be better. It is very clean. There are a wide range of activities you can partake in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The hotel is also aesthetically pleasing. They also brought be a small birthday gift as I am celebrating at the hotel.

Avoid, food poisoning!!!!

Food poisoning my entire family, starting with my 8 months old son. On our last night my son started vomiting an immense quantity, we went to the hospital and they immediately said it’s probably food poisoning. We were incredibly scared, he was done blood tests and confirmed bacteria from food. It was terrifying, flying with him vomiting and severe diarrhea the next day, he was weak and in danger from dehydration. Hotel is full if cats including dining area. Everywhere, lobby, restaurant, terrace. Strawberries are not washed, there is a small bowl of water next to them so you can dive them there (with your hands or a spoon) - how the hell is that safe and sanitising?!!! God knows how they handle food. On the following days me and husband got very sick, Diarrhea, vomit, muscle pain, stomach pain, headache, absolutely horrible. We NEVER ate or drink outside the hotel, this was the first holiday with my son and we planned to just relax on the premises, we only went out for walks. My son only ate fruits with his porridge, so it must be the fruits! Or their water, which we used to wash and sterilise his bottles, although that would not make sense since we were sterilising them! DO NOT GO, horrible experience, horrible pains, not worth the money. Rooms old too, but this was our last concern.

I would return.

What can I say, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I would absolutely return. Pros: Very Attentive staff. Great selection of food on offer and suitable to all. The alcohol is mostly premium brands. The grounds are very well maintained. Free unlimited access to land of legends. The sports courts are great. Fabulous gym. The kids club seems great for kids (although I can only speak as an observer and not a user as I had no children) The little extras that made it special, bringing fruit and drinks to your lounger. The evening entertainment was live bands. Nice central location. Management focus on customer satisfaction and are proactive in asking what could be improved. Free bicycle use. Great promenade by the beach for out of hotel strolls. Cons: The rooms could do with a refurbishment as they are dated. The pool should be totally non smoking as it’s not pleasant for non smokers. While there was a smoke free zone around the children’s pool, it was rarely observed or enforced. The loungers on the beach could do with renewing as some were past their best. The live music was sung by a diffferent band each evening, however, their music repertoire was mostly the same, which after night 4 was boring. No games room/arcade for rainy days.

This hotel was incredible and thoroughly exceeded my expectations, despite already being high. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Volkan adigüzel in particular was a great member of the bar staff who delivered excellent service!!
