A great venue for a theme park orientated holiday

This is our second visit to this hotel and we could not fault it as it was exactly as we were expecting. The hotel is at walking distance to the Theme park and it is extremely convenient if you plan to spend your holidays into a theme park as you would anywhere else. It means you won’t find the same comfort than your traditional all inclusive hotel by the beach. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff could not work harder. A big mention to the bar staff which have been particularly good to us and so pleasant. The restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as patisserie between 2 and 4 (we never felt we needed to go back for this given the choice you could get and we don’t tend to snack between meals). I would rate the food above most of all inclusive hotel we have done in Turkey but not quite the 5 stars hotel standard. Overall we were not disappointed with the choice and/or quality. A special mention to the sous-chef for the lovely cake baked specially for my birthday. The theme park had most of his attractions opened during our stay and enough for our kids to be entertained throughout the day. Given we were staying in the hotel we also had access to a few bars for drinks and cocktails. Overall, this is an hotel built to give kids a great holidays experience. We managed to get a break from the theme park by spending time at the Rixos Premium for a couple of afternoon. We have loved our holidays and will probably be back next year.

A wonderland for your child

Lets review this hotel in two section For your child, A really good amusent park or theme park however you call it. Different rides for each age levels. Our daughter really liked overall experience, meals, rides , hotel, shopping mall, night shows of shopping mall. She was living her dream. She even liked colorful room. For yourself (parents) It will not be a pleasant relaxing holiday for u. Crowded narrow hotel walking spaces, child noises everywhere, no sea just fancy pools, a shopping mall view , meals are ok but drinks are limited, there is no good bar, no good coctails, drink availbilities limited on theme park, just 2 kind of beers and limited soft drinks, i dont like shopping malls and this is a huge one. If you like to enjoy ride there are 2 really good roller coasters. I think there will be 5 -6 attraction you will enjoy except waterslides. A must comment 5d cinema( i cant remember how much "D" itwas actually) was closed. I couldnt experience it but a smiliar experience VR ride was not good there was a sync. Timing problem between visual and seat movements. Anyway as an adult it would rate it 5/10 but for your child 9/10 therefore i rate it 4/5 . You will be there for your child and it s whats matter. My humble advice just keep it short. 2 nights at kingdom hotel 3 nights at rixos premium belek would be great combination. Everyone would be happy...

Amazing park

Dolphin experience was fun so was the Rollercoasters and waterslides was fun the BR experience was great. Food was great I had a burger with chips and drink my favourite roller coaster was the blue one although the white one was fun with a big splash

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the friendly staff to the luxurious room and amazing amenities, my stay was perfect. I especially loved the delicious breakfast and the convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Tenzile has an amazing team with her especially Walter! Tenzile and her Manager are exceptional at hospitality of guests in the Eternia Restaurant.
