One of the most luxurious hotels I've ever been to from entering to departing, this hotel is about upper class luxury. Cannot find d a fault anywhere. Amazing staff Inside the hotel as well as the outside waiting staff. Went in November with 3 teenagers What an experience we were absolutely overwhelmed and felt we were treated with upper end luxury and spoilt from the moment we hit the hotel Check-in was so straightforward and we were offered complimentary drinks upon arrival!! Forms for all ready filled in just signatures were required before our cases were already taken up to our rooms. The room was ultra luxurious, as was bathroom, with all top end toiletries, and a fully equipped mini bar every single day. Bath robes and slippers given too, luxurious tea makg facilities in yor room, highend tea, coffees topped up each day. Fresh beds made, towels each day Outside there's Starbucks free to guests and free shuttle to the hotels owned Land of the legends theme park and hotel. What a breathtaking experience I'll never 4get. The spa is of extreme luxury as are the lobby toilets one would think it's all about royalty! I would 100% return in time coming and would highly recommend this hotel for the ultimate luxury. The food is out of this world clearly labelled and just about too much for choice. Fantastic waiters, and had our table all ready for us ech meal time. Keep up the good work I can't wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay welcome we were all just gob smacked at the high end of luxury and entertainment and our stay was made with great dedication and enthusiasm of all staff working hard to make a pleasureable experience

The Rixos Hotel in Belek is one of the best resort hotels I ever stayed. The different restaurants and bars offer an outstanding food and beverage selection. The guest assistance team is doing a great a job and making your vacation an unforgettable experience. My team with Ms. Dora and Mr. Kaan took care of all our requests and offered their assistance for whatever we needed. The kindest persons I‘ve met while traveling for a long time. Their hospitality made you enjoy your vacation even before checking in and also after departing.

We really liked the hotel and atmosphere. All service was very good. Special thanks to the best assistants Mr. Dora and Mr. Kaan for their customer focus and utmost care. They were so helpful and made our stay great. Good location for family stay.

Everything we have experienced was excellent.The new year party was the best I have ever been.The buffet were over 200 selections from breakfast to dinner.I can’t express how good the service in Rixos. The hotel had provided private concierge service.Ms.Esra and Mr.Attila always checking on us how we are doing every couple of hours. Excellent communication skills by the them.I am hardly finding the right words to express my feelings about the excellent service we have been provided. I will definitely take rest of my family Rixos Premium Belek and I will be staying in Rixos Tersane İstanbul coming month.

Wow! Impeccable service and experience, amazing time , best food and great entertainment. The attention to detail can not be compared. I was amazing with the level of detail not only with all the staff but with our private/ butler concierge service we received both Atilla and Esra, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, I’m talking about checking in with us a every few hours to check how where doing, let us know about entertainment accommodating dinner reservations and even went above and beyond to send us some items we left at one of the stores at the hotel. Not only would I recommend the Rixos belek and their staff but they won over a client for life at all their hotels :) will def come back , thank you guys again 🙏🏼
