It was a wonderful experience The guest assistants Hamza and Nebila were super helpful, they were very responsive and supported us in difficult times. Atmosphere was very friendly Food was very much on point. Rooms very clean Would like to do the same every summer.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed here for a week in November and enjoyed the sun and green surroundings. The service was top-notch, and the food at the buffet was delicious and high-quality. The service and presentation in the à la carte restaurants were impeccable! I want to say a huge thanks to photographer Bahatddin for our beautiful photos! The massage therapist at Spa Mir made fantastic massage! And a huge thank to our wonderful waitress at the beach club, Denise. She's quick as a bee, always smiling, and made our vacation even better!

My stay at this all-inclusive hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the grounds were beautiful and the beach area was well maintained. Staff members were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. However, several aspects fell short of what I expected. The food options were repetitive and often lukewarm, and it was difficult to get reservations at the specialty restaurants. The rooms could use some updates—mine had a few maintenance issues that took longer than expected to address. Service was inconsistent overall. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but it definitely didn’t live up to the price or the “all-inclusive” promise. With a few improvements, it could be much better.
