Hotel was amazing & pure luxury. The highlight of the hotel was the staff, especially Amran at the Swim Up/ Pool bar. Incredibly kind, helpful & provided amazing service throughout. Gave us that personal touch which made our holiday even better! 10/10 service & definitely recommend the hotel. If you do go, go and find Amran!

Nice hotel. Stayed on Gold Floor. The staff were hands down the best staff you could ask for. Friendly, happy, outgoing and aim to please. A special thank you to the Gold team for making our staff the best - Evalene, Choose, Paolo, Mark and Stephen Highly recommend based on these staff. Pool area is a bit crowded but the staff are amazingly helpful to get chairs ready for you. Amazing view of the Grand Mosque

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is my favorite hotel. Inside one of the top advanced countries in the world, it is a true island of calm and peace. I simply love this place and stay here any time I can. The view is beyond words. The quietness of the location. Fantastic restaurants. Gym and other facilities.... All is fascinating. And people, of course. I would like to thank the wonderful hotel team: Mokhtar, who is assisting with business bookings for our partners and being super attentive to all the needs; Adam at the reception desk, a most friendly, lovely person who makes your check-in process a truly welcoming experience! It is 10/10.

My husband and I have just had our 3rd trip to this hotel in the last year, our favourite hotel and holiday destination from the UK. We were warmly greeted back by the Gold Lounge staff, reception and beach staff. Our room was beautifully decorated. Thank you to Eve and Stephen for all their support/efficiency and warmth to us. Paulo we loved your cocktails and your efficiency. Mark, your lovely smile/manner and kindness was appreciated, lovely chatting to you. We met Phoo the newest member of the Gold Lounge team, a delight, so friendly/efficient/smiley and a great addition to the team. Delicious food served on the 7th floor in the Gold Fairmont Lounge package. Compliment to the Chefs who made perfect cheese omelettes for my husband. Thank you to Benjamin and his colleagues down at the pool/beach area for their attentiveness and kindness. It's all the small gestures made by the hotel staff that keep us coming back . Thank you all. Looking forward to our next visit already.
